    About the Role:

    We're looking for a dynamic leader to guide ourAccounts Payable andVendor Claims Management teams toward operational excellence. In this role, you'll oversee daily workflows, ensuring objectives are met on time while supporting both internal and external partners.     What You'll Do:

  • Lead and Inspire

    Supervise daily operations, adjusting resources during peak periods to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

    Monitor productivity, address performance issues, and ensure quality standards are consistently met.

    Recognize and reward team contributions, fostering a culture of engagement and excellence.

  • Develop Talent

    Partner with the Manager to conduct performance reviews, maintain employee records, and implement development plans.

    Hire, onboard, and train new team members; identify opportunities for ongoing skill enhancement.

    Mentor staff, providing guidance and motivation to help them reach their full potential.

  • Drive Operational Excellence

    Analyze performance metrics to uncover opportunities for process and system improvements.

    Track and achieve goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).

    Support complex negotiations with business partners and propose innovative solutions to mitigate risk.

  • What We're Looking For:

  • Experience & Education

    8–10 years of relevant professional experience.

    1–3 years in a direct leadership or supervisory role.

    Bachelor's degree required.

  • Technical Expertise

    Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.

    Strong data entry skills and ability to perform both basic and complex mathematical calculations.

    Comfortable with common office equipment and adept at learning new systems and technologies quickly.​

  • Leadership & Core Skills

    Exceptional problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities.

    Proven ability to forecast impacts, implement solutions, and adapt to change.

    Skilled in hiring, developing, and retaining top talent.

    Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations.

    Willingness to work in a phone-based environment using a headset for extended periods.

  • Working Conditions:

  • Professional office environment.

  • This role follows the company's RTO policyHybrid Work Schedulewith 3 days in office 2 days in office which is subject to change according to business needs.

  • Local (in-country) travel required.

  • Frequent Travel Required (25%).

  • The Hiring Salary Range is 85,000 – 90,000 per year, depending on skills and experience.

    Vos responsabilités

    Diriger et inspirer

  • Superviser les opérations quotidiennes, ajuster les ressources lors des périodes de pointe afin de respecter les ententes de niveau de service (SLA).

  • Surveiller la productivité, traiter les enjeux de performance et assurer le respect constant des normes de qualité.

  • Reconnaître et récompenser les contributions de l'équipe, en favorisant une culture d'engagement et d'excellence.

  • Développer les talents

  • Collaborer avec le gestionnaire pour effectuer les évaluations de rendement, maintenir les dossiers des employés et mettre en œuvre des plans de développement.

  • Embaucher, intégrer et former les nouveaux membres de l'équipe; identifier les occasions d'amélioration continue des compétences.

  • Encadrer le personnel en offrant conseils et motivation pour les aider à atteindre leur plein potentiel.

  • Favoriser l'excellence opérationnelle

  • Analyser les indicateurs de performance afin de déceler des occasions d'amélioration des processus et des systèmes.

  • Suivre et atteindre les objectifs et indicateurs clés de performance (KPI).

  • Soutenir les négociations complexes avec les partenaires d'affaires et proposer des solutions innovantes pour réduire les risques.

  • Profil recherché

    Expérience et formation

  • 8 à 10 ans d'expérience professionnelle pertinente.

  • 1 à 3 ans dans un rôle de leadership ou de supervision directe.

  • Baccalauréat requis.

  • Expertise technique

  • Maîtrise avancée d'Excel, PowerPoint et Power BI.

  • Excellentes compétences en saisie de données et capacité à effectuer des calculs mathématiques simples et complexes.

  • À l'aise avec l'équipement de bureau courant et capable d'apprendre rapidement de nouveaux systèmes et technologies.

  • Compétences en leadership et aptitudes clés

  • Excellentes aptitudes en résolution de problèmes, pensée critique et prise de décision.

  • Ce poste suit la politique de retour au bureau (RTO) de l'entreprise :horaire hybrideavec 3 jours au bureau et 2 jours à distance, sujet à changement selon les besoins d'affaires.

  • Déplacements locaux (dans le pays) requis.

  • Déplacements fréquents (25 %).

  • La fourchette salariale à l'embauche est de 85000 à 90 000 par année, selon les compétences et l'expérience.
