Who are we looking for?
We are looking for mortgage agents/ brokers who want to make a significant impact on modernizing the mortgage industry.

You are:

A highly motivated individual, who is a selfstarter with exceptional sales skills.
Dynamic and outgoing personality
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills

You'll be working on:

Develop a loyal client base by providing exceptional mortgage advice
Manage your queue of leads with a high level of diligence
Provide the highest level of internal and external customer service

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience Mortgage Sales is required
Must hold or willing to obtain a valid Mortgage Agent Licence minimum
A successful track record in sales
A university degree/college diploma in Business and/or equivalent education considered an asset
Bilingual/multilingual considered a great asset
Experience with Filogix is an asset
Underwriting experience is an asset
Retail banking experience as a mortgage specialist is an asset
