Join us at ATCO Gas as an Administrative Coordinator role within our Pressure Control team. This position offers a unique blend of responsibilities, providing administrative support that is crucial to our operations. Your work will involve supporting our operations with billing, scheduling, customer service and other administrative duties.


What You Get to Do:


  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, ensuring smooth departmental operations.
  • Coordinate and schedule maintenance, repairs, and inspections, optimizing team efficiency and resource allocation.
  • Assist customers with the issuance of fleet cards, ensuring a smooth and efficient process tailored to meet their specific needs.
  • Maintain and reconcile financial records and perform data entry to support accurate billing and reporting.
  • Serve as a point of contact, offering information and assistance to both internal and external partners.
  • Facilitate office support functions and act as a receptionist as needed, showcasing exceptional customer service skills.

What You Bring:


  • A Grade 12 Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED).
  • Fast and accurate keyboarding abilities.
  • Proven experience in administrative roles with a strong emphasis on billing, customer service, and scheduling tasks
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite of Applications.
  • Effective communication skills, both oral and written, complemented by solid recordkeeping abilities.
  • An independent work ethic, combined with the capacity to engage effectively and courteously with a diverse range of customers.
