About the Functional Analyst/Business Analyst position _**_:_


You're looking for:

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Carry out and document the customer's needs analysis and business process;
  • Help customers define their needs;
  • Design and implement solutions that meet the customer's business requirements;
  • Implement integration strategies;
  • Monitor the progress of a solution;
  • Accompany customers through the acceptance phase and deployment, while managing their expectations;
  • Participate in improving analysis processes and methodologies;
  • Keep up to date on Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform technology and new features;

  • Relevant experience as a functional analyst or business analyst;
  • Consulting experience;
  • Bilingualism (English/French, spoken and written)
