We're a highly driven group of sales professionals focused on driving adoption of the world's most powerful, easy-to-use online payroll, HR, and group benefits management solution for small and mid-sized businesses.
We're looking for a hunter that's passionate about joining a dynamic and dedicated team with an entrepreneurial spirit and a drive to succeed.
As an Account Executive at Rise, you'll be pioneering a new space, developing untapped business, and nurturing established territories to build your business.
You also have a highly developed capacity to consult around people management, payroll and finance and an understanding of the employee benefits landscape.
We have a rigorous onboarding training program where you will work with current Account Executives and Product Managers to enhance your knowledge of our technology and sales processes.
The day-to-day
- You will nurture leads through the sales cycle and close contracts. You can expect to receive marketing/SDRassisted leads, but our most successful Account Executives also actively selfsource prospects from cold sources and/or lost opportunities/leads
- Identify and qualify opportunities by prospecting and developing key relationships with organizations within your territory, with a focus on organizations between employees in size
- Conduct and facilitate business case presentations and product demonstrations to drive client engagement and understanding
- Use sales enablement tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Zoominfo, and other automation tools
- Maintain accurate and timely customer, planning and forecasting data
What success looks like
- Meeting monthly marketingassisted and selfsourced sales quota
- Meeting weekly activity KPI measurements such as phone calls, meetings, and events
- Maintaining excellent account hygiene in our CRM
- Collaborate with our technical team to present endtoend payroll and HRIS workflow solutions and deliver strategic business plans
- Demonstrating the technical and professional skills to ensure mastery of the product offerings, indepth knowledge of the competition and awareness of industry developments and trends in the market
What you bring to the table
- 4+ years of relationshipbuilding sales experience in a consultative sales environment
- Experience selling in a highgrowth SaaS environment
Preferred:2+ years selling HCM/HRIS cloud-based products and services in the small to medium enterprise space
- Degree/Diploma in Human Resources, Actuarial Sciences, engineering or relevant work experience
Understand the buyer:show enthusiasm in supporting the ever-evolving needs of small to medium businesses
