Contact Centre Agents sell and reserve lodging and recreation packages to potential guests via in-bound calls. We provide detailed information regarding all aspects of the resort and its offerings. As the "voice" of Blue Mountain, we service Fully Independent Travelers (FIT), conference guests and the general public.


Hourly Rate of $17.43

Start September 2023 until March 2024

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

  • Sell and/or reserve lodging for leisure, group and conference guests
  • Sell season passes and gift cards
  • Consistently use the Blue Mountain Resorts sales script while striving to consistently achieve set sales targets while providing exceptional customer service
  • Provide accurate & detailed information and inform callers on resort offerings, inspiring exciting & transformational experiences
  • Stay uptodate with new and changing information through various resources provided
  • Participate in staff events to increase knowledge of resort offerings

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

  • Thrives in a sales environment; some previous sales experience an asset
  • Previous Contact Centre or Customer Service experience an asset
  • Advanced computer skills: comfortable working with multiple systems and multitasking
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Articulate, with an excellent command of the English language
