Our growing and global organization is adding another superstar to our Commercial team.

This new role, Sales Team Manager of Parkworks, reporting to our Director of Sales who is based in Texas, is a dream job for an ambitious and fast-paced sales pro, with an impressive career encompassing team leadership, forecasting and negotiating and relationship-building.

Thriving off of analytics and statistics, your ability to motivate a field-based team and implement sales strategies is a catapult for success.

This position is based out of Kelowna, BC.


Parkworks is one of three companies within the MAKR Group, and arguably the funnest: Parkworks sells recreational equipment, including but not limited to playgrounds, bathrooms, shade tents and even outdoor sports equipment.

We connect communities through play and social experiences, and our Commercial Team, with a solid group of sales consultants and regional sales managers, is the market-facing force that makes that happen.


Your tenacious style and admit it, competitive drive, is noticed internally and externally: you elevate every sales person's performance, be they celebrating one year or ten years with Parkworks, and cause our competition more than a few sleepless nights as we continue to gain market share, based on impossible-to-ignore sales strategies, and doing all the right things to attract customers and win projects.


In this role, you will:

  • Lead, coach and train a team of incredibly committed and funloving sales professionals, in Western Canada
  • Drive the development and execution of a sales strategy to achieve profitable revenue growth in our existing territories, and lead our expansion to new markets
  • Translate and transfer your deep and accurate product and market expertise into accurate revenue forecasts based
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and clients and build product, pricing and marketing strategies enabling us to achieve world domination in the play and parks industry


If you have at least 6 years of sales leadership success leading a team of sales pros in a global organization; degree in business or related field, and are the kind of leader that attracts talent, we think we could play well together.

Salary:
From $80,000.00 per year
