Your mission:

  • Establish contact with consumers (by telephone) and assist with the resolution of delinquent accounts (outbound and inbound calls)
  • Utilize our skip tracing tools and databases to locate consumers
  • Clearly document results and content of calls
  • Uphold client workplans and GCQ Canada's Code of ethics

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills verbal and written
  • Ability to function in a team environment
  • Ability to work with mínimal supervision
  • Bilingualism French required

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$18.00-$20.00 per hour
