Responsibilities:
Mobilization
- Support leaders and senior managers in their role as promoters of change by calling on
- Assess organizational and human risks associated with deploying complex solutions and

- Develop strategies and iterative change management plans based on 5 areas of

- Lead the implementation of activities and the creation of deliverables in accordance with

Requirements:
- University degree in industrial relations, organizational development, or related discipline.
- Five to eight years of relevant experience in change management
- Strong interpersonal and oral and written communication skills in French and English
- Ability to influence and interact with senior management
- Excellent facilitation and presentation skills
- Ability to synthesize and popularize
- Ability to act in ambiguity, question the status quo while adapting its approach to
- Execution leadership, listening and showing agility
- PROSCI change management certification an asset

Description:
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Integrate simulator documents into the cloud management tool (QTGx).
- Propose innovative ideas and solutions to improve documentation and related processes.
- Investigate, support, and implement solutions to the existing tools and processes, used in the building and deploying of customer documentation.
- Estimate the effort required for each project to be integrated into QTGx.
- Review deliverables with the client.
- Keep the group leader informed on the progress of assigned projects.
- Support the Verification & Validation team for various documentation tasks.
- Other related duties may be assigned as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
- A minimum of 1 to 3 years' experience in electronic technical publications (interactive, PDFs)
- University or college diploma in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, problem solve and consistently meet deadlines with mínimal supervision.
- Possess attention to detail, ability to follow procedures.
- Strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills.
- Sense of initiative and ability to work independently.
- Basic knowledge of programming is an asset, for better document management (ex. Sorting, comparison, renaming of documents etc.) to be able to identify and automate redundant tasks.
- Keep up to date with evolving technology, industry trends and tools related to technical communications and publications.
- Very good knowledge of French and English.
Job Type:
Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay:
$60.00-$65.00 per hour
