Responsibilities:

Mobilization

  • Support leaders and senior managers in their role as promoters of change by calling on
strategic thinking.

  • Assess organizational and human risks associated with deploying complex solutions and
develop mitigation plans with sponsors and key business leaders.
Strategic planning

  • Develop strategies and iterative change management plans based on 5 areas of
intervention, namely communication, mobilization, training and evaluation that promote
the responsibility of leaders.


Execution

  • Lead the implementation of activities and the creation of deliverables in accordance with
the plan and schedule previously established.

  • Manage the overall change management plan and provide regular progress as part of
project governance.


Evolution of change

  • Contribute to the evolution of the methodology by integrating industry best practices and
lessons learned.

  • Ensures that the issues and key success factors are well identified and makes
recommendations in terms of change management


Requirements:


  • University degree in industrial relations, organizational development, or related discipline.
  • Five to eight years of relevant experience in change management
  • Strong interpersonal and oral and written communication skills in French and English
  • Ability to influence and interact with senior management
  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills
  • Ability to synthesize and popularize
  • Ability to act in ambiguity, question the status quo while adapting its approach to
customer needs

  • Execution leadership, listening and showing agility
  • PROSCI change management certification an asset

Description:

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Integrate simulator documents into the cloud management tool (QTGx).
  • Propose innovative ideas and solutions to improve documentation and related processes.
  • Investigate, support, and implement solutions to the existing tools and processes, used in the building and deploying of customer documentation.
  • Estimate the effort required for each project to be integrated into QTGx.
  • Review deliverables with the client.
  • Keep the group leader informed on the progress of assigned projects.
  • Support the Verification & Validation team for various documentation tasks.
  • Other related duties may be assigned as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A minimum of 1 to 3 years' experience in electronic technical publications (interactive, PDFs)
  • University or college diploma in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, problem solve and consistently meet deadlines with mínimal supervision.
  • Possess attention to detail, ability to follow procedures.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Sense of initiative and ability to work independently.
  • Basic knowledge of programming is an asset, for better document management (ex. Sorting, comparison, renaming of documents etc.) to be able to identify and automate redundant tasks.
  • Keep up to date with evolving technology, industry trends and tools related to technical communications and publications.
  • Very good knowledge of French and English.

Job Type:
Fixed term contract

Contract length: 12 months


Pay:
$60.00-$65.00 per hour
