Our Restaurant is a well established, well known family oriented Italian restaurant in Vaughan. We are known for having welcoming and outgoing staff. We provide an excellent experience to every guest. We offer value, choice, and culinary twists on traditional Italian fare.

Requirements:


  • Cooking experience in a fastpaced restaurant.
  • Culinary diploma/degree is an asset.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently and safely in a fastpaced environment and manage time accordingly.
  • Ability to take direction and work calmly and effectively under pressure.
  • Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
  • Follow recipes and presentation specifications
  • Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
  • Work with team to ensure the best quality of meals are produced
  • Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served
  • Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
Experience

Line Cook: 1 year (preferred)

We are offering both Part Time Positions and Full Time (with a standard 3 month probationary period)

Part-time hours: 20-40 per week


Salary:
$18.00-$19.00 per hour

  • Vaughan, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
