    About This Role


    • This role is critical in helping connect strategy to execution, ensuring initiatives are delivered effectively, measured rigorously, and continuously improved.


    A university degree or equivalent experience is required. 3–5 years' experience within loyalty programs would be beneficial. SQL skills and data literacy will help drive decision-making support across diverse stakeholders while supporting campaign & targeted messaging measurement performance reporting..
