Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Construction Estimator to join our team. As a Construction Estimator, you will be responsible for analyzing project plans and specifications to determine accurate cost estimates.

We are looking for an estimator for full time basis to price full exterior cladding systems including Masonry (interior and exterior), Siding, ACM and EIFS.

Responsibilities:

• Review project plans, specifications, and drawings to understand project requirements
• Conduct quantity takeoffs and prepare accurate cost estimates for labor, materials, and equipment
• Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing
• Negotiate pricing and contracts with subcontractors and suppliers
• Prepare detailed bid proposals and submit them to clients
• Assist in the development of project budgets and schedules
• Monitor project costs throughout the construction process and provide cost analysis reports to management
• Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to ensure projects are completed within budget

Experience:

• 5+ years in construction estimating.
• Must have a well understanding of Planswift and AutoCad
• Proven experience as a Construction Estimator or similar role
• Strong knowledge of construction estimating principles, practices, and techniques
• Excellent negotiation skills to secure competitive pricing from subcontractors and suppliers
• Solid understanding of project management principles
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and drawings
• Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and industry standards
• Proficiency in using software tools such as Bluebeam for plan review and markup

Job Types:

Pay:
$60,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
