What you will do:

  • Responsible for emergency response, and day to day completion of field utilization and maintenance activities required for the safe, reliable and efficient operation of the distribution system in a specific geographic area.
  • Directly lead, supervise and develop a team of unionized and nonunionized employees to ensure work execution is preformed safely, to quality standards and meets all required service levels.
  • Accountable for overall oversight of contract resources within the area both within the utilization and maintenance areas.
  • Accountable for prioritizing personal, worker, customer, and public safety, and contributing to Enbridge's safety culture.
  • Accountable for meeting targeted service levels for company and customer generated work while ensuring safety, quality, customer and cost requirements are met.
  • Works closely with Work Management staff to ensure effective work completion for all required maintenance and utilization work within service level agreements.
  • Support development and operation of low carbon opportunities within assigned area, as required.
  • Supports and ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Undergo various background screening that includes but is not limited to 5 year driving record, criminal check and a company sponsored medical.

Who you are:

  • Related university or college degree and sevenplus years' experience OR nine‐plus years of previous field operations experience, OR equivalent mix of formal education and experience.
  • Leads all aspects of the development and implementation of technical solutions, ensuring coordination of resources and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Day to day leadership of a team and delivery of related services.

Working Conditions:

  • Primary working conditions is in a field environment.
  • Travel within a set geography is required daily.
  • Travel beyond a set geography is required occasionally.
  • On Call Rotation evenings and weekends is required.
