Rotation/Shifts:


  • Days, may require occasional evenings and weekends, 8 hour shifts (07:0015:00, 08:0016:00, 12:0018:00, 09:00 17;00, 10:0006:00, 01:0009:00).

Basic Requirements:


  • 2year Community College Diploma in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering/Science or Audio-Visual infrastructure support program and 2 years specificallyrelated experience OR 4 years specificallyrelated experience
  • 2 years specificallyrelated experience
  • Experience providing firsttier audiovisual technical support including troubleshooting audiovisual equipment, conference room integrations and Cisco Telepresence videoconferencing infrastructure and endpoints
  • Knowledge and experience in helping to design and implement permanent installations of Audiovisual equipment in small to large size conference rooms
  • Knowledge and experience operating projectors, TV displays, audio mixers and PA systems
  • Knowledge and experience in providing user training and developing specific user guides
  • Knowledge and experience with multiple operating systems and wireless mobile devices
  • High degree of understanding of analog and digital video, audio signal routing and processing
  • Ability to provide technical assistance for supporting events including videoconferencing events using web collaboration services, live OR, media and Off-Site events;
  • Ability to provide support for all Office 365 Collaboration apps, including MS Teams.
  • Ability to perform video editing for recorded videoconference (cut start and end only and render videos)
  • Ability to provide reception and administrative support, including support events in meeting rooms using web collaboration services, schedule testing of web and videoconference connections, answer daily support calls and creating, closing tickets in applicable system and asset tag AV equipment and import them in applicable system.
  • Knowledge of the network protocols and routing

  • Ability to learn new presentation technology/methodology and provide training;
  • Ability to function within the organizational structure;
