Executive Chef


Duties:


  • Oversee the culinary operations of the restaurant, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation
  • Develop and create new menu items, ensuring they meet quality standards and customer preferences
  • Manage and train kitchen staff, ensuring they adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement costeffective strategies for food purchasing and inventory control
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, following all health and safety regulations
  • Monitor food quality and consistency, making adjustments as needed to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Stay updated on industry trends and innovations, incorporating them into menu development and kitchen operations

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a highvolume restaurant or culinary establishment
  • Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and flavor profiles
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment
  • Creativity and innovation in menu planning and recipe development
  • Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Bartending experience is a plus
  • Speaking filipino is a plus

Job Types:
Full-time, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 24 months


Salary:
$44,586.08-$101,521.23 per year
