Core Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with business leaders to design and construct reports that drive strategic decisionmaking internally and for our valued clients.
  • Implement automated processes to generate and distribute daily business reports to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proactively monitor IT processes to ensure the reliable production and delivery of reports, ensuring operational excellence.
  • Provide tier 2 support for reporting and datarelated incidents, contributing to root cause analysis and postincident reviews.
  • Conduct regular data audits to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.
  • Support evidence gathering for audits and reviews related to IT reporting, including Client, SOC, PCI, and ISO.
  • Develop and maintain technical and user documentation to facilitate efficient operations.
  • Contribute to special projects as assigned, bringing your expertise to diverse challenges.

Role Requirements:


  • Proficiency with Microsoft O365, including Power Automate, to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
  • Some experience working with SQL to manipulate and extract data efficiently.
  • Familiarity with SSRS and/or Crystal Reports is advantageous, but not required.
  • Ability to think creatively and present data in a compelling and actionable manner for diverse stakeholders.
  • A fast learner with an inquisitive mindset, eager to expand software development and data presentation skills.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problemsolving abilities to address challenges promptly.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Compensation

  • This entrylevel role salary will align with qualifications and experience ($40,000$45,000/annum)
