Your opportunity:

Our Langley office is looking for a
Senior Administrator to join the
Personal Debt Solutions team and own the following responsibilities:

Assist debtors and creditors, both in person and by telephone, as it relates to bankruptcies and proposals
Review interview forms, prepare files, documents and balance sheets
Perform initial consultations, upon qualification
Perform counseling sessions, upon qualification
Community outreach, business development and presentations
Servicing satellite offices

Your experience and education

Minimum of 2 years of previous insolvency experience or other related experience considered an asset
Willingness to complete or have completed the BIA Administrator Insolvency Course
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites in the GVA
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of Ascend software would be an asset
Able to prioritize with the flexibility to manage multiples tasks and a variable workload as required
Must be able to liaise well with staff and outside parties
