We are currently seeking an
Administrative Assistant for an immediate opening in
Winnipeg (Rosser) and offer:

Responsibilities:

Taking and directing calls
Completing administrative tasks such as filing and delivering and accepting mail
Cleaning, organizing, and maintaining the reception area
Ensuring office supplies are stocked and ordering supplies for the office
Setting up meeting facilities
Greeting visitors to the facility warmly
Providing customer support
Representing the business with a positive attitude and professional appearance
Data entry into company system as well as MS Excel
Assist senior employees with tasks as required
Maintain a proper paper and electronic filing system
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year experience in an administrative role
Strong English communication skills (Verbal and Written)
Good knowledge of MS Word and Excel
Keen attention to detail
Customer service oriented
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as a team
Ability to multitask
