Position Overview:

As a Contract Administrator you will be member of a fast-paced team working with both the operations and finance teams.

You will provide analysis, reporting, documentation and deliver information to the Management Team to help support strategic decision-making that impacts revenue, growth, and cost reduction.

Job Duties:

Provide administrative support for operations including senior management and field operations
Work with management on special projects, contracts, bids
Analyze job costing on current contracts
Assist with preparation of documents for weekly production
Reviewing accuracy of the hours worked by operations to ensure accuracy of paperwork submitted
Working with both operations and finance teams for accurate reporting

Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Word, and Outlook. Must be able to create and utilize formulas in Excel.
Strong analytical, organization, planning, time management and communication skills
A diploma or degree in Business or Finance considered an asset
Able to work independently and with little direction, following instructions accurately and completely
Demonstrate creative problemsolving skills and critical thinking skills

Remote, Work From Home position but will be required from time to time to go into office for meetings, etc
