Primary Responsibilities

• Scheduling appointments for maintenance and Service technicians,
• Dispatching technicians to service calls and updating system accordingly

Education/Experience/Skills

• Related experience in the HVAC industry would be considered an asset
• Knowledge of HVAC and Water Heater Equipment and parts
• Complete exception handling and open order investigations
• Processing of builder orders and deliveries, warranty claims
• Exception reporting reconciliation
• Customer account management (closure and adjustments)
• Postsecondary education (asset).
• Experience with telecommunication devices.
• Strong interpersonal, customer relations and problemsolving skills and the proven ability to effectively organize tasks and manage time.
• PC literacy
