As a valued member of the leading broking firm in Canada, the focus of this role is to work very closely with the Canadian Reinsurance Broking Team to assist in servicing existing property and casualty treaty clients and crafting new business opportunities to generate substantial revenue.

Expect working in a dynamic, developing role uncovering opportunities, and bringing valuable technical and financial solutions to insurance company clients and colleagues in the Aon World.
Assist with the development of sales and marketing strategies designed to cultivate revenue-generating opportunitiesSupport the team's prospecting and servicing of insurers, reciprocals, and captives
Support opportunities resulting in new Treaty revenue
Assist the team leader by preparing reinsurance market submissions, responding to queries from reinsurers, evaluating quotations to settle recommended terms, drafting client presentations, and preparation of draft contract documentation
Attend meetings and/or functions with clients, prospects, and reinsurers, on a regular basis
Moving forward with the Aon United agenda and delivering the best of our firm

Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Actuarial Mathematics, or similar majors
