Tribeca West is a vibrant condominium community located in downtown Ottawa.

We are currently looking for a new concierge with impeccable communication skills who is confident, reliable, has great attention to detail, and loves working with people.

As the concierge you are the primary contact for the residents of Tribeca West. You would act as the liaison between management and the residents of the community. Enthusiastically engaging, and in some cases anticipating the needs of residents offers a one-of-a-kind community experience.


Responsibilities will include:


  • Acknowledging and greeting all members of the community with professionalism and courtesy;
  • Using creative thinking in meeting the individual needs of the community;
  • Operating independently with mínimal supervision;
  • Providing access control services to keep the community secure;
  • Facilitating the receival of parcels and ensuring delivery to the residents;
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workstation;
  • Coordinating resident's move in and move out elevator bookings;
  • Promote and secure reservations of the common amenity spaces for private resident events;
  • Providing administrative support;
  • Maintaining control logs and data sheets;
  • Assuring prompt and positive action on all resident questions and suggestions, as well as providing follow up to inquiries regarding the services and community issues;
  • Other related duties as required.

Qualifications:


  • Minimum two years prior customer service experience.
  • Must be able to communicate in English, both spoken and written. French is desirable.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and procedural manuals.
  • Strong organizational, decisionmaking and interpersonal skills required.
  • Ability to multitask and to work well under pressure.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
  • Must be able to maintain a professional appearance that includes clean uniforms with name tags.

Job Types:

Salary:
$37,000.00-$42,000.00 per year
