    We are presently hiring a Geotab Customer Support position. This position can reside at any of our branches in Atlantic Canada.

    Hitech employs a wide range of installation and technical team members and will provide extensive on-the-job training.

    As a Geotab Customer Support with Hitech, you will be involved in the setup and all features related to the Geotab system. You will assist in the setup of databases for customers, provide training for the customer via teams, and become a product expert in all things related to Geotab.

    Hitech puts our customers first and puts an emphasis on customer relations and support. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for all aspects of the Geotab environment . We will support you in this role and invest in more in-depth training to ensure your success in the Hitech organization.

    Geotab Customer Support is responsible for:

    Create and maintain data bases for all Geotab clients

    Train all new clients and support existing clients with their needs and concerns

    Become a professional in all aspects of Geotab and its features

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Basic electronics background

    Interested in technology and have a natural ability for communicating with customers and gaining their trust

    Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)

    Bilingual with be an asset, but not required

    Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and chat

    Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests

    Enter and update customer information in the database

    Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner

    Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction

    Requirements:

    Previous experience in customer service or a related field

    Strong communication skills

    Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

    Proficient in data entry and computer skills

    Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills

    Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities

    Sales experience is a plus
