    POSITION OVERVIEW

    The Systems Engineer II performs systems design, test, and analysis in support of product development and manufacturing.

    WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • Perform systems design in a cross-functional engineering team to develop and launch new products.
    • Create, evaluate, and implement system architectures including interface definition and description.
    • Develop systems test procedures and methods for system verification and validation.
    • Utilize system design analysis and simulation tools to aid in system design and ensure products meet Gentex quality standards and customer requirements.
    • Coordinate cross-functional design reviews.
    • Follow Gentex system engineering processes according to ASIL ISO26262 and ASPICE.
    • Stay current with technology, manufacturing, and industry trends to drive continuous improvement of products, process, and methods.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    WHAT TO BRING

    • B.S. or 4-year degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
    • Minimum of 2 years of professional working experience
    • Strong communication skills
