Talent Acquisition Specialist - Calgary, Canada - Blackline Safety
Description
Recruiting:
- Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand their departmental hiring needs and create effective recruitment strategies.
- Provide fullcycle advisory support to assigned business units for Talent Initiatives including recruitment and retention, onboarding, workforce planning, employee relations, talent development, and succession planning.
- Organize and facilitate interview debriefs and drive offer approval, extension, and negotiation.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
- Be a point of contact for recruitment questions or concerns
Employer Branding:
- Contribute to the development and promotion of the company's employer brand to attract top talent.
- Actively engage in employer branding initiatives, including participation in industry events and networking opportunities.
Data Management and Reporting:
- Generate and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make datadriven decisions
