About Us:

Elevation Athletics is seeking passionate soccer coaches to join our team. We are dedicated to fostering talent, teamwork, and sportsmanship among players ages 5-18.


Position Overview:


We are looking for experienced soccer, badminton, basketball or pickleball coaches to lead training sessions, coach matches, mentor players, and promote a positive team environment.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement training programs.
  • Provide personalized coaching and feedback.
  • Foster teamwork and sportsmanship.
  • Ensure players' safety during sessions and matches.

Qualifications:


  • Previous youth coaching experience.
  • Strong understanding of techniques and strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills and patience.

Experience:


  • Coaching Certification (preferred)
  • First aid (preferred)
  • Previous Coaching experience
  • Vulnerable Sector Background Check (required upon hiring)

Pay:
From $20.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • Evening shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
