Bae Food Group, located in Leduc, Alberta, is a meat processing plant that has won awards worldwide. We're dedicated to making high-quality meat products and focus on safety and cleanliness. Right now, we're looking for hardworking people to join us as Meat Processing Plant Labourer.

  • Work comfortably with raw meat, specifically beef and pork.
  • Handle raw vegetables and spices with care and attention to hygiene standards.
  • Stand continuously for 8+ hours in an ambient environment below 10 degrees.
  • Lift and carry up to 50 lbs+ in an 8hour shift.
  • Multitask to complete various responsibilities safely and effectively.
  • Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Follow supervisors' directions for efficient task completion.
  • Multitask to complete various responsibilities safely and effectively.
  • Be responsive to the needs of the production and sanitation teams.
  • Clean and sanitize production equipment, surfaces, and facilities to maintain hygiene standards.

Requirements:

Age and Footwear:
Male at least 18 years of age.


Safety Gear:
Possess CSA Approved Steel Toe Boots for safety compliance.


Independence and Teamwork:


  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Comprehend the English language as safety orientations are conducted in English

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time


Pay:
$18.50-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
