- Rotates, faces and replenishes merchandise and ensures highest quality standards are met.
- Monitors inventory, checks orders and distributes supplies as needed throughout the department
- Manages transactions and ensures accurate accounting
- Records shift notes and assists with administrative duties such as scheduling when needed
- Documents, investigates, escalates and resolves employee or guest incidents
- Performs other duties as required or assigned
- 1+ year of experience as a supervisor in a retail setting, with experience leading a retail team preferred
- High school graduate or equivalent; post-secondary degree from restaurant management or hospitality program preferred.
- Ability to handle money accurately and perform mathematical equations
- Intermediate computer skills including e-mail and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of Italian cuisine and beverage preferred
- Availability to work onsite with a flexible schedule often including weekends
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours, including standing, walking, bending and squatting
