Human Resources Representative - St. Catharines, Canada - Club Roma

Description

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for HRrelated inquiries from employees and external parties
• Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews
• Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems
• Coordinate employee training and development programs
• Support HR initiatives and projects, such as performance management, employee engagement surveys, and policy updates
• Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries
• Conduct data collection and analysis to support HR reporting and decisionmaking
• Provide guidance to employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs
• Assist with employee relations matters, including investigations and conflict resolution
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations

Skills:

• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization
• Proficiency in HR systems such as Workday, Oracle, SAP, ADP, iCIMS or similar platforms
• Attention to detail for accurate data entry and record keeping
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism
• Knowledge of recruiting processes and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Familiarity with HR policies, procedures, and employment laws
