- Focused and optimistic pursuit of goals, allocating time and resources to effectively manage sales portfolios.
- Built plans focused on expanding market penetration, applying innovative mindsets to improve operational efficiencies with a client-centric lens.
- Strong communication skills to influence others and facilitate mutually beneficial solutions.
- Facilitating change adoption, creating high-performance cultures through alignment with organizational goals.
- Applying critical thinking to guide decision making and adjusting business plans based on shifting priorities.
- 3-5 years of management experience in the insurance industry or related business experience.
- Post-secondary education in a related field.
- Holding a Life licence and a General Insurance licence, with a Mutual Funds licence as an asset.
- Completed or working toward one of the following professional designations: CFP, CLU, CHFC or accredited Financial Planning Designation.
- Away from the office on regular basis meeting clients/community members in their environment.
- Required to have own vehicle, valid driver's license, and insurance.
- May provide support to clients experiencing personal or financial loss, requiring high degree of confidentiality and discretion.
- Subject to Criminal Record and Consumer History background check as condition of employment.
