    Your role at Baxter

    As a Commercial Systems Analyst you align process and technology solutions to support our Commercial (Sales & Marketing) Teams. In this role you will support the continuous improvement of Baxter's CRM system and various commercial applications (specifically , SF mobile, Vablet, Office 365, Power Apps, SharePoint, Pega). In addition, you will be focused on supporting any organizational change efforts and systems related Training. Partner with business team members, locally and regionally, in Sales, Marketing, IT and Operations. Build collaborative relationships with business partners to ensure alignment of business objectives with technology solutions as well as examine existing business processes, key challenges and be able to interpret future business needs.

    What you'll be doing

  • Act as first point of contact for the Commercial teams to triage, investigate, and resolve related process or systems issues or technical issues and work with IT and/or Vendors to resolve
  • Develop and support business reporting requirements (primarily reports and dashboards, Tableau)
  • Conduct data integrity related support activities as needed
  • Support a variety of workflow systems and processes
  • Proactively engage with end users to bridge systems/training/knowledge gaps and facilitate 1:1, group, and remote (web) based systems Training
  • Develop and maintain training programs/curriculum and training materials for sales related systems
  • Travel as needed (minimal) to support regional training requirements
  • Support, consult and partner with multi-functional project teams and collect, document, and scope system enhancement requirements working with regional teams to standardize processes and system functionality across the region
  • Conduct or coordinate User Acceptance Testing for system change requests or bug fixes
  • What you'll bring

  • Undergraduate Degree in Business, Marketing, IT
  • 3+ years, experience with CRM preferred)
  • Understanding of Master Data (hierarchical and relational data)
  • Experience in an Application Maintenance or Support type role
  • Experience in a process improvement, problem solving role
  • MS applications
  • Training or Adult Teaching related experience
  • Nice to have

  • Project management training, Lean 6 Sigma, Agile
  • Knowledge of Baxter products or healthcare industry, sales methodologies, and business processes
  • Administrator certification
  • Functional knowledge of Visualforce Apex and Lightning experience in SFDC
  • Power Apps experience
  • Bilingual
