- Project Manage digital transformation projects; manage schedules, budgets, and project priorities.
- Be the primary point of contact for a key client deliverable and provide accurate status updates and manage expectations.
- Evaluate the client's approach to data, activation, technology, and delivery process and identify opportunities for evolving the platform to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with clients to identify areas of their business that can benefit from digital transformation and develop a roadmap for implementation.
- Lead crossfunctional teams to design and implement new digital processes and systems.
- Develop and deliver training programs to clients to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to use new technologies and processes.
- Monitor and report on the progress of digital transformation initiatives to clients and stakeholders.
- Maintain a solutionoriented outlook by identifying risks and developing appropriate mitigation plans over the project lifecycle
- Research emerging data and technology industry trends to improve the Digital Transformation framework
Qualifications:
- Postsecondary Degree or Diploma in Media, Advertising, Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
- A minimum of 4 years of media planning and/or buying experience focused on Digital Channels and a minimum of 1year experience leading a team.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in digital transformation, with a focus on digital media.
- Proven track record in leading and managing successful digital transformation initiatives from conception to implementation in the media and advertising industry.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Familiarity with digital media technologies.
- Knowledge of digital media buying and planning processes.
- Understanding of the marketing technology ecosystem, identity solutions, marketing science, and online/offline activation tactics.
- Excellent storytelling, presentation, and communication skills.
