Service Advisor for Vernon Toyota

Position Summary:

Vernon Toyota is currently seeking an enthusiastic individual to fill the role of Service Advisor.

This position is ideal for a positive and self-motivated person who enjoys dealing with a wide variety of people everyday.

This is a fulltime position 5 days per week, 8 Hour shifts.
We offer a competitive compensation package with Extended Benefits after 3 months employment.
We also offer staff pricing on service and parts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Promptly greet customers and document their concerns
Relay customer concerns accurately to technicians to help with diagnosis and repairs
Use our company software to process work orders accurately and efficiently for inhouse and customer vehicle work
Keep customers informed and updated on repairs
Processing Toyota Warranty claims

Education/Experience:

Previous Service Sales Automotive Industry experience an asset but not required
Experience using a multi line phone system and computer skills are preferred
Able to communicate effectively and courteously to all staff and customers through phone or in person
Has strong organizational skills and an ability to multitask
Is detail oriented with an attention to accuracy in their work
Able to work as a team player
