Service Advisor for Vernon Toyota

Position Summary:

Vernon Toyota is currently seeking an enthusiastic individual to fill the role of Service Advisor.

This position is ideal for a positive and self-motivated person who enjoys dealing with a wide variety of people everyday.


  • This is a fulltime position 5 days per week, 8 Hour shifts.
  • We offer a competitive compensation package with Extended Benefits after 3 months employment.
  • We also offer staff pricing on service and parts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Promptly greet customers and document their concerns
  • Relay customer concerns accurately to technicians to help with diagnosis and repairs
  • Use our company software to process work orders accurately and efficiently for inhouse and customer vehicle work
  • Keep customers informed and updated on repairs
  • Processing Toyota Warranty claims

Education/Experience:


  • Previous Service Sales Automotive Industry experience an asset but not required
  • Experience using a multi line phone system and computer skills are preferred
  • Able to communicate effectively and courteously to all staff and customers through phone or in person
  • Has strong organizational skills and an ability to multitask
  • Is detail oriented with an attention to accuracy in their work
  • Able to work as a team player
