Laser Technician - Ottawa, Canada - Advanced Laser Clinic

Description

Responsibilities:

• Perform laser tattoo removal and laser skin treatments on clients using appropriate techniques and equipment.
• Conduct consultations with clients to assess their needs and determine the most suitable treatment plan.
• Ensure the safety and comfort of clients throughout the treatment process.
• Maintain accurate client records, including treatment details and progress.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and must be able to sell during the consultation and annswer any questions they may have.
• Promote and sell retail products related to laser treatments and skincare.
• Adhere to all sanitation and sterilization protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment for clients.
• Stay uptodate with industry trends and advancements in laser technology.

Requirements:

Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Basic computer skills for maintaining client records and scheduling appointments.
