The opportunity:


  • Provide technical support for requests that have been escalated beyond the Level 1 IT support function.
  • Troubleshoot mediumtosignificant complexity problems.
  • Support colleagues' development by sharing knowledge, collaborating, and providing opportunities to grow.
  • Participate in the implementation of projects or enhancements in collaboration with business partners, colleagues, and thirdparty vendors.
  • Proactively analyze and identify trends and assist in developing preventive solutions.

You have:


  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Minimum two to three years of work experience providing technical customer service and supporting smalltomediumenterpriselevel technologies.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure Active Directory as well as Microsoft Windows desktop and server operating systems.
  • CompTIA A+, Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) 4 Foundation, Help Desk Institute (HDI), or Microsoft 365 Fundamentals Certificate are considered an asset.

  • Thorough knowledge of the principles, methodologies, tools, and techniques utilized in providing technical customer service.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team, and valuebased environment.
  • Effective communication skills using both technical and userfriendly language.
  • Proven analytical and problemsolving abilities.
