• Client Acquisition: Your main objective is to acquire new clients and contribute to business growth. This involves prospecting for leads, identifying potential customers, and actively pursuing sales opportunities.

You will be responsible for achieving sales targets and generating revenue. This includes closing deals with prospective clients, negotiating contracts, and successfully onboarding new accounts.

• Lead Generation: Engage in prospecting activities to identify potential clients and generate leads. Utilize various methods such as networking, outreach, or attending industry events to connect with potential clients.
• Sales Strategy and Presentations: Develop effective sales strategies and presentations to communicate the value of our recruitment services. Tailor your approach to address client needs and overcome objections to secure new business.
• Relationship Building: As a Recruitment Consultant, you will build relationships with clients. Establish rapport, understand client requirements, and work to establish trust and confidence in our services.
