Description

Mississauga Toyota is currently seeking a Senior Product Advisor/Sales Advisor with automotive sales experience (preferably Toyota experience) to join our growing sales team The individual must have a valid OMVIC license.

A Product Advisor is responsible for developing ongoing and long-term relationships with guests while being a product specialist advising guests on the right vehicle purchase.

As a team player, the Product Advisor strives to develop collaborative relationships throughout the dealership.

Responsibilities:

Maintain and exceed sales goals.
Work with guests to understand their needs and answer questions or concerns.
Develop and maintain full knowledge of all products available services, pricing and key features.
Build strong relationships with guests to help grow the sales network.
Ensure that every vehicle delivery is special for the guests.
Additional duties assigned.
Valid OMVIC certification.
Automotive sales experience is a requirement.
Possess a valid Ontario driver's license and a clean driving record.
Professional demeanour and appearance.
Ability to work in a team and possesses strong interpersonal skills with an upbeat and engaging attitude.
Excellent listening skills.
Selfmotiving with an excellent work ethic.
Ability to problem solve and high attention to detail.
Loves a fast pace environment.
Strong computer skills and understanding of technology.
Experience with a CRM tool is considered an asset.
