As a core member of our Automatic Exchange of Information (AEOI) team, you will be working with some of the industry's most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.

Your Role**:

The Automatic Exchange of Information ('AEOI') Team is seeking a Specialist who will be responsible for servicing AEOI clients globally.

Reporting to the AEOI Manager, the AEOI Specialist will be responsible for completion of annual FATCA and CRS regulatory deliverables, engagements for existing and new clients, and ongoing client servicing for their own portfolio of clients.

A varied multi-tasking role which encompasses client relationship management, investor communication, and daily internal/external stakeholder management and communication.

You will prepare FATCA/CRS filing analysis and other output for delivery to clients.
Proactively manage daily workflow and ensure deadlines are met
Work with supervisors and managers to ensure all deliverables are reviewed and sent in a timely manner
Manage communications and ongoing relationships with AEOI clients, their investors, and other external and internal stakeholders
Manage expectations and ensure all queries are dealt with in a timely manner
Provide excellent service to clients via direct or indirect contact
Maintain and improve knowledge of the Automatic Exchange of information regulatory and compliance environment including industry research and analysis
Review and provide feedback on selfcertifications and IRS withholding forms
Read and interpret Financial Statements in order to determine account values
Local AEOI portal registration/deregistration, communication and trouble shooting
Research, analyze, and, provide recommendations for process improvements to increase operational efficiencies
Identify, analyze and, troubleshoot classification and reclassification inconsistencies
Perform any additional tasks as assigned

About You:

You have a qualified degree (preferably in a discipline relevant to Financial Services).
Experience in Financial Services with exposure to FATCA & CRS regulations is an advantage
Proven strong client relationship skills
Proven experience managing multiple projects and deliverables
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Ability to work in global teams and adapt to different communication styles
