SAIL is hiring a
full-time Assistant Department Manager, Camping for its
Ottawa store.
We are looking for someone with 2 years of retail management experience.
- As a _
Supervisor_, I'm a reference in terms of customer service and sales and oversee:_ - Listening, advising, and offering exceptional customer service to our customers;_
- Mobilizing, coaching, and empowering the team by sharing the company as well as the management team's vision;_
- Ensuring that objectives are met in the department by structuring and organizing the work to be done;_
- Creating a selling and customer experience culture in my department;_
