Toromont Power Systems is looking for a Mining & Marine Project Manager The Mining & Marine Project Manager has overall responsibility for the Power Systems Store 90 team, MaK and large bore Marine and Mining work.

Lead the MaK Parts Team. Training and coaching of personnel, service process, operational efficiency and customer satisfaction

In a typical day, YOU will:

Manage day-to-day service activities of the Store 90 team, lead the MaK Parts team, support service coordinators, service advisors and service supervisors to achieve key service objectives. Work to achieve revenue and expenses budgets
Manage coach personnel, plan and coordinate training and time utilization for all personnel
Ensure continued customer satisfaction and loyalty by demonstrating continued engagement with customers leading to revenue growth
Lead his or her group to identify process and operational efficiency improvements, manage their implementation, and monitor progress
Lead budgeting (revenue and expenses) and reforecasting efforts, and monitor progress throughout the year
Promote safety for all as in integral part of our daily lives by ensuring that all policies, procedures, audits and inspections are completed and findings actioned within a timely manner

Must-haves for this role:

Thorough understanding of the marine, industrial and electric power generation service businesses
Working experience in the industry, at least 5 in supervisory roles
