Job summary
We're looking for a highly motivated Cyber Security professional at a Manager level to join our team As a member of KPMG Canada's cross-functional Cyber team, you will be dedicated to the defense and protection of our client critical data, systems, and assets through cyber defense and incident response services.
Responsibilities
- Engage with clients on incident response engagements ranging from operating system security cloud network security cryptography software security malware analysis digital forensics for incident response activities security operations emergent security intelligence;
- Perform digital forensic evidence collection throughout the incident response phases extensive log analysis meta-data analysis;
- Analyze results from tools determine indicators of compromise root cause of compromise possible attack vectors potential threat actors overall risk/threat facing client provide recommendations advise steps mitigate current attack present risks remediate potentially vulnerable environment remove ongoing/future attacks analyze results assessment create technical accurate articulate reports business professional language shared technical stakeholder executive stakeholders third parties leverage out-of-the-box thinking tackle overcome complex client challenges remain current threat landscape including common recent threats keep team clients informed relevant threat attack vectors basis stay ahead curve work unparalleled career progression opportunities.
