WHAT WE NEED FROM OUR CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER

  • Project management experience
  • Degree in construction, engineering, planning, architecture, or business management
    OR 10+ years in the construction industry
  • Extensive knowledge of the residential construction industry
  • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, field drawings, and plans
  • Ability to manage expenditures of significant amounts of money
  • Strong negotiating skills and closing abilities
  • Valid driver's license and a good driving record

WHAT TO EXPECT AS A CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER


In this project management position, you are the backbone of our team Each day, you arrive at the worksite ready to oversee each company project from start to finish.

Organized and attentive to detail, you competently ensure each job progresses satisfactorily from construction drawings to professional reviews to permitting.

Using your excellent customer service skills, you meet with our clients and ensure their expectations are consistently exceeded.

Highly experienced, you diligently manage our contracts, attain necessary permits, and accurately maintain plans. You also control construction costs to stop overspending.

Safety-conscious, you make sure your team always follows our job site safety standards to the letter, keeping everyone out of harm's way.

We can always rest easy knowing you are keeping track of everything from design to client interactions to job safety
