We believe the rich diversity among our students and the communities we serve should be reflected within our workforce.

As educators, we believe it is important to act and show leadership in advancing the principles of reconciliation, equity, diversity, and inclusion in our community.

Reporting to the Director of the College Student Success Innovation Centre (CSSIC), the Educational Programming Operations Supervisor is a new temporary position dedicated to a grant funded by the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council on behalf of the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada's College and Community Social Innovation Fund.

This position will be instrumental to the development, implementation, and evaluation of new community-based, simultaneous or "tandem" educational programming for college-level student-caregivers (i.e. students with caregiving responsibilities for children under the age of 18) and their early-year and school-aged dependents.

The incumbent will oversee and manage program development and implementation, serve as an operational liaison between project stakeholders, supervise delivery teams, oversee and manage on-site data collection activities, and contribute to information sharing, knowledge translation, and knowledge mobilization activities.

They will also help lead college-wide discussions and initiatives related to the enhancement of existing and iterative creation of emerging student-caregiver resources and supports, informed by collected data and gap analyses occurring throughout the project.

The CSSIC is Canada's first research centre on a college campus uniquely focused on community college student success.
