• Handle Resident's personal items with care and respect
• Comfortable lifting 2025 lbs
• Display a caring and respectful attitude toward our residents, families, and team members
• Be available to work alternating weekends
• Have exceptional time management skills and ability to work in collaboration with a team
• Support and embrace our residentcentred social culture
• Be willing to work in a fastpaced environment
• Have experience working in a Long-Term Care or Retirement Home setting
