Child Care Provider - Perth, Canada - CanadianNanny
Description
We are looking for a full-time nanny for our 10-month-old son starting in May or June 2024. This is a live-out position based in Perth, ON. Mother is on-site working remotely, so can provide support or guidance if needed. Our ideal caregiver is someone who is attentive, patient, and committed to helping our child learn and grow.Schedule: Monday - Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm. No weekends or holidays.
Compensation: From $17/hour (negotiable)
Duties:
• Preparing meals and bottles, feeding baby
• Changing diapers and removing trash when bin is full.
• Following nap routine
• Engaging in age-appropriate activities
• Light housekeeping, including tidying up after child, and occasional laundry
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 year of experience
• Legally entitled to work in Canada.
• Must pass a background check and provide at least 2 verifiable references.
• First Aid and CPR certified
• Nonsmoker.
• Preferred fully vaccinated against the flu and COVID19.
• Comfortable with house pets. There is a dog and cat on the premises, but care is not required for them.
• Knowledge of BLW (baby-led weaning) preferred.
