Restaurant Assistant Manager for our
Clifton Hill Family Restaurant.

Job Summary:

The Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting the General Manager with the day-to-day operations of this high-volume full-service restaurant by leading team members in a manner that ensures all service, presentation, quality, sanitation, and safety standards are consistently achieved.

Job Type:
Full-Time Year-Round

Compensation:
$43,000 to $47,000 per year based on experience, plus health benefits.

Shifts:
Early Mornings, Days, Afternoons, Evening, Weekends, and Holidays.

Responsibilities:

Leads by example by demonstrating a deep commitment to excellence in customer service, while a maintaining a professional, positive, and friendly attitude
Encourages and fosters a safe and fun atmosphere and experience for staff and guests
Oversees the preparation, presentation, and delivery of all food and drink items to ensure timeliness and consistency with service standards
Performs opening and closing duties, and ensures adherence to pointofsale controls and cash handling procedures
Performs other duties as required by management

What We Are Looking For:

23 years of fullservice restaurant supervisory or management experience preferred
Smart Serve Certification required
Ability to work varied shifts (early mornings, days, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays) required
Exceptional customer service, interpersonal and communication skill
Ability to remain professional in all circumstances and work as part of a diverse and collaborative team
Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time
