Restaurant Assistant Manager for our
Clifton Hill Family Restaurant.

Job Summary:


The Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting the General Manager with the day-to-day operations of this high-volume full-service restaurant by leading team members in a manner that ensures all service, presentation, quality, sanitation, and safety standards are consistently achieved.


Job Type:
Full-Time Year-Round


Compensation:
$43,000 to $47,000 per year based on experience, plus health benefits.


Shifts:
Early Mornings, Days, Afternoons, Evening, Weekends, and Holidays.

Responsibilities:


  • Leads by example by demonstrating a deep commitment to excellence in customer service, while a maintaining a professional, positive, and friendly attitude
  • Encourages and fosters a safe and fun atmosphere and experience for staff and guests
  • Oversees the preparation, presentation, and delivery of all food and drink items to ensure timeliness and consistency with service standards
  • Performs opening and closing duties, and ensures adherence to pointofsale controls and cash handling procedures
  • Performs other duties as required by management

What We Are Looking For:


  • 23 years of fullservice restaurant supervisory or management experience preferred
  • Smart Serve Certification required
  • Ability to work varied shifts (early mornings, days, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays) required
  • Exceptional customer service, interpersonal and communication skill
  • Ability to remain professional in all circumstances and work as part of a diverse and collaborative team
  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time
