Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional phone etiquette while interacting with customers
- Provide sales support to customers, including answering inquiries and resolving issues
- Maintain an organized system for tracking customer interactions and sales progress
- Identify market trends and opportunities to maximize sales potential
- Participate in offsite consumer shows, work Saturdays during the months of April to October with a day off during the week. We are closed on Sunday.
Skills:
- Experience in retail sales, preferably in a related industry
- Ability to provide exceptional sales support to customers
- Strong organizational skills to manage customer interactions and sales progress
Salary:
$50,000.00-$125,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Peterborough, ON K9J 1Y1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

- sales: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
