Merchandising Coordinator

Job Duties:
- Develop and implement visual merchandise standards, policies and procedures of all assigned stores
- Implement floor set package designs that complement new merchandising strategies
- Handle inventory and display of merchandise in store
- Maintain records of planogram changes
- Some ordering/purchasing may be required
- Monitor and ensure store compliance to merchandising planogram
- Train stores on merchandising techniques and strategies
Requirements:
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Daily access to a reliable vehicle to visit stores
- Strong attention to detail. Cutting corners is not something you are comfortable with.
- Reasonable knowledge of Outlook and Excel
- Strong interpersonal skills the role will involve interacting with customers, store staff (including managers) and head office category managers.
- Ability to move products and shelves on a daily basis.
