This position will include identifying user problems and working within a structured problem management and resolution process to remediate them within established SLA's and involves working with other resources and vendors to deliver effective support services.

Responsibilities include identifying, documenting and troubleshooting end-user issues to resolution and maintaining customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and technical support provided
  • Assist with the implementation and rollout of new IT systems and technologies, including Server(s), Networking, Security Products, Azure Cloud and Microsoft 365 Solutions, VPN, WAN/LAN infrastructure, Virtualization Technologies (Hyper-V, VMWare)
  • Support services for Microsoft related technologies: Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Office Suite, Remote Desktop Services, Azure Virtual Desktop, etc.
  • Assist with Project Implementations and Rollouts

Requirements:


  • Proven experience supporting complex business networks, Servers, MS Exchange, Office 365,VPN's, LOB apps etc
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively while working in a team environment
  • Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours if needed
  • Valid driver's license and proof of insurance with reliable transportation

Valued Experience & Skills
Active Directory, Group Policy, Windows Server Operating Systems , Exchange Server 2012 to 2019, Office 365 Business/Enterprise, Accounting Programs (Quickbooks, Sage, etc), ERP Programs (Sage, Epicor, Accpac, etc), Adobe Products, Server Virtualization (VMWare, Hyper-V, KVM, VirtualBox), Print Servers, Network Switches, Enterprise Firewall/Routers, VPN, Linux Operating Systems, MacOS, Wireless Lan's


Valued Certifications and Education
Diploma in Computer Information Systems

Microsoft Certifications (MCP, MCSA, MCSE) - Azure of 365 Related

Comptia Network+, A+


Details
This is a full-time position. Salary and role is negotiable based on the experience and how you fit into the team. We offer an extended health and dental plan and a flexible, enjoyable work environment.

$50,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
