Grand Touring Automobiles is actively searching to add to their Polestar Toronto team We are looking for a Sales Administrator to join our team.
The Sales Administrator is responsible to assist the Space Manager to ensure the efficient administration of new/used vehicles for the sales department.
They also provide reception assistance and greet and direct guests to the appropriate department or personnel.Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Determines Licensing fees, prepares cheque and submits to Ministry of Transport office
- Verifies returned Licensing information and records applicable date on docket; i.e., plate and permit number
- Places completed docket in mobile file
- Files docket under appropriate sales representatives name
- Contacts appropriate people to compete any missing information for Licensing
- Contacts Ministry of Transport on a regular basis
- Sorts all delivered vehicle dockets
- Types dockets for future sales
- Matches NIVIS, V.D.R. and factory invoice from Manufacturer
- Files matched documents in appropriate car line folder
- Retrieves new vehicle pouches and matches with applicable NIVIS, V.D.R. and factory invoice Polestar Toronto
- Job Description
- Records stock numbers on each Manufacturer's document
- Types, fills and files stock dockets
- Updating and Maintaining Garage Registry
- Files V.D.R.;'s numerically within appropriate vehicle line
- Retrieves dockets from mobile file and types all pertinent documents
- Performs all reception duties including managing incoming calls to all areas of the business
- Liaising between company and distribution/logistics
- Checks daily reports for invoices all manufacturer systems
- Daily updates of inventory
- Handling dealer trade invoicing
- Preparation of dealer trade vehicles
- Inventory maintenance
- CDK and 180 matching all inventory
- Performs other related duties as required
Qualificatons
- Post-Secondary Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
- 3 years of administrative experience
- Dealership experience is required
- Detail oriented and Organizational skills are a strong asset
- Customer Service experience is required
